Live concert: Lilac Vegetal & Vomits

On September 20, 2025, we look forward to welcoming Lilac Vegetal & Vomits!

Lilac Vegetal:

operate at the fringes of rock music, striving to explore density and minimalism, friction and consonance, improvisation and structure through swings in all directions. The interplay between darkness and lightness creates the massive and mysterious sound that makes this band so captivating.

THE ACCURSED SHARE (GZ058) – Release date: February 7, 2025

Less than a year after the release of their self-titled debut album, Austrian band Lilac Vegetal is back with their second full-length album, The Accursed Share – and it's a doozy.

The Accursed Share consists of eight songs and invites listeners to accompany them on a mysterious, dark, and ominous journey. The album kicks off with The Body Blow, and the unmistakable Lilac Vegetal sound is recognizable from the very first strum of the strings. Human Trunk begins to play, the first steps are taken, and the mysterious glow of the interior continues to beckon. Sudden tremors in the trees and flashes of lightning illuminating the darkness flash across the scene, reminiscent of a David Lynch production. The gentle opening notes of the next track, Two-Body Problem, weave a web of security and ignorance before a unique kind of harshness emerges, reminiscent of the Melvins. Blurred Visions and we ask ourselves, where are we? Where does this path lead? Pulled back and forth between vision and reality, similar to a Kafkaesque Alice in Wonderland. With Stress Positions, the path seems to become clearer and lead ever closer to the uncanny. Like a magnet, it draws us further, makes us run, faster and faster, further and further ahead, ahead, ahead. Sudden standstill. The outlines become sharper, the gloom around us louder, more visible, more frightening. Stolen Words. We don't know what's going on here, but we feel strangely comfortable, lost in uncertainty. Suddenly, the gloom gives way to a moss-green light, eyes begin to flicker, to dance, everything seems confused, in a good way. Almost A Whole and one more piece, then we arrive. Where? Only the path will show us. “You had a lot of time to see.” We run around on broken stone, wet meadows, driven and trusting in this heavy, slow doom fusion of our own. “I couldn't give a guarantee.” Our feet come to a halt, feeling like roots, we gaze spellbound and see – Sacred Waste.

Before our eyes is a green, moldy, shimmering lake full of promise. The sky turns a purple blood red, bones emerge from the water, and we step in, jump in, dive under, carried away by the maelstrom called Lilac Vegetal, and we will soon hear where it leads.

Vomits:

Founded with the idea of simply making their own noise.
The result is noisy, fucked-up HC punk that's about nothing at all. The
first EP, “SF MASSAKER,” saw the light of hell in April 2024 and has been relentlessly
hammered into people's heads ever since.
VOMITS = distorted bass, brutal guitar riffs, loud drums, and a troublemaker who writes his lyrics
while standing completely irritated during the afternoon shift.
Dear folks, it doesn't get any better than this!
